It wasn’t about you being right fella, it was you jumping the gun and using the very thing you despise as your source.

Well yeah, except I hadn't.

I'd heard it on the radio this morning. It wasn't really speculation.

I'd see the BBC and Talksport as actual media, not social media.

Anyway......

Maguire would be in the actual starting eleven for me. He's never been anything other than completely solid and rarely makes mistakes.

The one or two he did make a couple of seasons back were highlighted by Tic Tockers and such like, he was always backed by our actual support.
Social media though, eh. Put something out there and it becomes #fact.

It's great for us that him and Shaw don't go. Gives them a decent rest before next season.

Any manager who would pick Dan Burn over either though is seeing something no one else does.

Stones though! Played four games in a year, definitely ready for a world cup obviously.

Totally agree - and nowt to do with him playing for us - he's great at both ends of the park and has arguably been our most potent goalscoring threat in the latter stages of big tournaments when our forward options have neen nullified by better defrnders... taking John Stones instead, who will play something like 30 mins before picking up an injury that will keep him out for the rest of the tournament... is beyond dumb ...

Henderson and Mainoo over Gibbs-White is plain daft and not reflective of the form shown by all 3 this season ... and I never thought I'd be bigging up a Forest player ...

The format is good for the final round of group games as the level to get through is probably three points with a 0-ish goal difference so almost every team will still have something to play for and even a team battered twice knows any win gives them a shout.

There’ll be some absolute stinkers though. Mis-matched teams in heat so the big team goes 2-0 up and puts their cue on the rack.

Harry will still get the golden boot mind ... despite us going out at the Q/F stage ... thanks to braces against, Greenland, Burkhastan, St Beavis and San Marzano in the group stages <whistle>

If I can be bothered at some point I’ll check which group games between the absolute ****e and the best teams are in the grounds with air con. If we’re 4-0 up after an hour against Narnia playing in an air fryer he needs to take Kane off.

Obviously hoping Spurs go down on Sunday but can't see them losing sadly and even if they did West Ham probably won't win.

West Ham coming down though will add to a cracking list of derbies in the championship next season:

Us v Skates
West Ham v Millwall
Swansea v Cardiff
Wolves v WBA
Blackburn v Burnley

That's easily 5 of the top 10 all in one division.

I thought Maguire should have been in the squad. His and his families reaction has been beyond pathetic, though. Maybe Tuchel had a point when he was talking about unity and egos.

He’s probably put Henderson in for his experience and someone to guide the younger heads. I still don’t agree he should have been in the squad. No idea what the **** Mainoo is doing in there.

Are you ready for the abuse next year from every team?

Might actually help you.

I'm looking forward to it, we don't have the desperation to be liked that you lot have.

I plan on embracing it though by October any songs by opposition fans will be about as original and hilarious as football in a library.

I doubt most people will give a **** by Christmas though. Real life ain't the internet and this will be forgotten by the vast majority soon enough.

Probably not by you lot but then as I pointed out yesterday you lot ripped off local charities so hardly have a leg to stand on.

I have a Hull mate who has had a tough time recently. Had a pretty tough life overall tbh. He’s in a bad way financially and shouldn’t be going today but is having dipped into his rent money. He also put a silly bet on Hull going up at the start of the season at whatever price it was that would help him out.

Still, up the Boro.
