Agreed ... but doesn't excuse some of the effort ... more lack of ... that has followed... and Rowett's stubbornness is also a factor ... he's plainly ignoring the obvious because he's publicly stated his mantra of 'we need the experience' ... when plainly, the more experienced players are the ones putting in the least effort...
