You’re pipping Ipswich anyway when we win there on the final day.
Cup semis always used to be at Villa Park, Hillsborough, Old Trafford, I think even WHL was used in the past.
It just waters down the magic having the semis at Wembley
Should all be at millennium stadium for me. Still big allocation for each club and something a bit different.
I can't imagine winning a game at Wembley and not having actually won anything.
No chance we get second.
Plenty iconic stadiums up n down the country plus the ENIC entertainment complex is always available.

Ours was at Highbury before the 82 final. It’s just greed as always.
Like Slurps mentioned, there are plenty of big stadiums up and down the country these days. You could even use Twickenham or the Principality.
But we've got Emirates, Spud bowl, OT, Etihad, Villa Park that could all be used for cup semis.

Don't think you could use Villa Park these days, clubs would kick off at the allocation being more than halved.
Potentially the new Brum stadium if it gets built though.
Yeah we shouldn't be using Wembley for semi-finals, I'd rather we not use Wembley at all tbh. Having said that, most grounds these days are so sterile, they need to do something to generate a better atmosphere but I suppose it will affect their prawn sandwich sales if they did that.

Anfields boring as well, you get one song out the terraces as the players come out and silence the rest of the game.
