Well done mate, I naturally wanted Villa to win to keep the pressure on Arsenal, but it's nice to see things going well with Moyes at your lot. Pleanty of time to catch the gooners still.
McGinn going off for them helped.

Both teams a little thin on the ground and both on the end of some questionable decisions.

I was driving to the airport to back middle daughter up just after the end of the game ... one of the commentators on TalkSport made the point that the amount of games Villa were playing exposed the lack of quality in depth in the squad ... and also commented that Villa not being able to push on (via squad strengthening in this window) due to PSR / FFP was a clear indication of how the interests of the established bigger clubs are being protected against the likes of Villa and Newcastle being able to gate crash that particular party ... can't disagree ... indeed, Villa selling Malen makes absolutely no sense other than them having to balance their books ...

Villa have had issues, but they have a fantastic manager and are building.
Newcastle have spent about half a billion since they were taken over(net). So not the same, plus they managed to shake things up winning a cup.

Absolutely dreading this Sunday. 10 hour day to watch us get battered by those inbred myth spouting ****s.
