Two coffees in my enthusiasm for being in Portsmouth is up to a 4/10. No away Boxing Day wins since 1967 so will be good to continue the statistic. We should beat them but Championship gon Championship.
 
What the ****. Just checked on the sports page and see there's no boxing day footie (well the one match). When did they decide to scrap it?

Saturday tomorrow so a combination of that and the demands of our foreign broadcast overlords dictated it. The po po probably prefer it too rather than stretching themselves and paying bank holiday overtime. Plus we aren’t a serious country so few trains if any. All the lower leagues are on.

Watford at home - wonder which LCFC team will turn up ... the one that gave Ipswich a bit of a hiding or the one that seemingly couldn't be arsed at Loftus Rd.

We've been there a few times, players past the sbd, high wages, that no one else wants to pay, difficult to move on, even on a free
 
Not in yet but this has to be right up there with worst grounds I've been to.

Currently sat by a pond in a nearby nature reserve enjoying some serenity.

The Frankie & Bennie by the ground is a delight. Absolutely **** all there last time I went and doubt it’s changed.
