I remeber when we beat the Chavs in the cup final and Enzo got rattled so much by a Liverpool fan laughing at him on the way up to get his losers medal he tried to confront him but was led away by a teammate.

All part of the game innit

Was a genuine question - unless I've missed it above ...

My mother's family were from the Northwest and her brother was a United apprentice ... most of the family, 3 brothers 3 sisters moved to Leicestershire and the Uncles still supported United all there lives ... but their sons, born in Leicester, support Leicester City ...

I watched all the clips and there were various ones, even showing the Atletico coach getting all yappy, there was nowt done wrong that I saw, one got lippy the other got gobby, nowt more than that really. Football grounds are not exactly meant to be friendly places for opposition, that's the whole idea of home advantage.

What fukin language is this?

Just trying to get across how to identify the differences in the accent

Geordies pronounce people as peeple

Makems and Hartlepudlians pronounce people as Peypul...

Heys keys are theys keys

Who's keys are these keys

Paddy have Newcastle as slight favourites. I barely follow Spanish football now and couldn’t tell you more than a few Barca players but assume they’re a decent side given its Barcelona.

Simeone is a right tart. Should have focussed on his defender just standing there while Van Dijk jumped for the header.
The main problem there wasn't him standing trying to wrestle the man mountain that is vvd but the fact he did so whilst not looking at the ball once. Eyes and arms fully locked onto vvd.

Schoolboy ****

You are so desperate to shag him.

He doesn’t even wrestle. Just does nothing. 94th minute corner and you know where it’s going. Double up on him.

I think it just demonstrates where the game has gone, it's more a tourist spectacle now than anything else. Most now focusing around hospitality, which is all well and good if you can afford it, but it baffles me in an age when people are using foodbanks in itself a new found venture, and customers that total 2.8M, just think about that for a minute, it's astonishing. Obviously a footballing name springs to mind around that good work.

Football fans are ripped off big times these days, which is why so many are supporting it illegally. So if you are someone who can afford to go along to a Newcastle v Barcelona game, the scarf represents something equivalent to the type of car you can afford, a status symbol, tourist badge, much the same way I use to buy football programmes when they were about 10p lol. It highlights commercially how much our game has change, and a lot of the community have got left behind.

I have to agree. Football if I am honest has always been a luxury for me, be it either the financial cost or now the time away from the kids.

I have taken a break from games, and I don’t actually miss it. Maybe the change of stadium and the more commercial route the club is taking is now my time to stop going the game totally and break my ties with the club - just to local low league games.
