The location is a nice place and especially as more stuff opens up nearby but it'll be a ****ing nightmare to get to and from as only one tiny train station serves it.

The city centre is walkable for most people but not everyone and it'll be horrendous in winter.

Can see them having problems with fans at high profile matches too as vast majority of fans will have to use the same route back.

Surely that’s no different from Goodison or Anfield?
 
You'd have thought they could at least have run up a few banners for the crowd or is that not allowed now lol
