Hadn't seen the 'trail' ...

... anyways shortly on to the A1M / M25 - not really seen much of Kent before tbf, other than Ferry and Chunnel...

@brb ... Sevenoaks / Bitchet?

Yeah lots of posh gaffs in Sevenoaks or is it Oneoak these days...

anyway never heard of Bitchet, so had to look that up on google maps....looks like it's out in the sticks, nice day for it. Always use to be nice all out that way and the different villages.

That M26 stretch there if you miss your junction it's ****ing long way back...although I'm thinking more from Maidstone side going North.

Mate - we should probably have won at Preston - indeed were pressing for a winner when caught on the counter - which really exposed just how slow Vestergaard really is ...your manager should be looking to do similar... isolate him and just run ... we also lack a clinical striker... Ayew ain't bad at holding it up and linking play... but when it comes to burying chances? Nope.

Good chance we might start Monga... he'll excite unless you can shackle him ... same with Fatawu... but at this point we don't have anyone to convert the chances they make ...

Look forward to getting your thoughts <ok>
Starting Monga

Expecting a loss but a win wouldn’t surprise me at all

3-2 to either team or 2-2 imo

usually always a high scoring fixture

Think Charlton have done well so far, Watford and Bristol City, 2 teams hoping to sneak into play offs type clubs, 4 points from them for a newly promoted team isnt bad, emphasis looks on having a tight defence though.

Biggest improvement IMO is we now have a keeper that commands his box.

@brb seems strange but Bauvill are paying for all this.

We've gone back to the generator company again (MEMS), I believe from past sponsorship the owner is a Gills supporter. I was surprised when they weren't going to be our future sponsors at the end of 2023.

You lot should be fine also shouldn't you? Preston and Hull are my favourites alongside the obvious. Derby and Oxford be down there too.

Dunno. Some worrying signs. We have a lot of injuries already and a midfielder brought in by the analytics nerds who was woeful last season and they seem to be sticking with him so we’re genuinely playing with 10.5 men at best when they do. Fitness seems terrible, a truly baffling team selection last week so we’ve burned two winnable games with a horror run when the squad is meant to be fully fit. Can just see a situation where we have a start like last season and there’s not enough dross to bail us out. Probably go and gub Cov now
