With all the crap that's been introduced into the game in recent years and of course the utter **** that is VAR I get why fans are not happy but if you separate the poor refs, bad technology, complicating rules etc from the entrainment is it really that bad? It bored me, so much so I switched it over to catch up on the day news. I just don't get any of it, we didn't ask for it and I don't want it. You go to a football game to watch a game of football, for them to get on with it, so that I can then **** off back home or to the pub, or turn off the tv.

I hate extra time, let alone HT entertainment to watch some one arm bandit serve me up a load of bells and whistles, I don't need - and delay the game. Trump was clearly going by todays posting was yet again another embarrassment to the show, and when that dickhead from FIFA says how good it all is, they are all clearly on a different planet to me.

I'd rather have all the ref errors that were served up over a past 100 years, than all this ****ing nonsense now.

I'm all for cheer-leaders myself, I don't understand why anyone wouldn't watch a group of scantily clad girls showing off their graceful dexterity.

This isn't just about cheerleaders though, who take up all of about 10 mins during the HT break and has been customary throughout football. The whole show delayed the start of the game, and **** knows how long that half-time break was....30 mins?....it seemed to go on forever.

They should keep to the normal schedule, because all they will do next is fill the shows with adverts for tv viewers, so you won't get to see your scantily clad girls.

Edit: plus on TV you don't get to see the entertainment normally, you get the pundits, I do accept some of them need putting in the bin.
 
Ingerland v Iran. 0-0 at half time but we do have Doja Cat doing the half time show so Clive, 48, who left his wife to go on this trip and is currently eight $15 Budweisers deep and a worrying shade of red is enjoying himself. Another group stopped abusing Thomas Tuchel as he walked to the tunnel to take in a dance routine from Tems.

That's the way in the US, a longer HT show means they can stick in a couple of extra ad breaks and sell you food, insurance or drugs. I watch nascar and indycar quite a bit, teh amount of ads tey have is ridiculous, and you can almos guarantee that during the ad break somethng momentous will happen, liek watching the football and half way through the first half with a team winning 1-0 there's an ad break and when it comes back on the other team is winning 2-1.
It's all about selling **** in the US, even the commentators shill for the sponsors, every pit-stop is 'and they're adding the Sonoco fuel and 4 good year tyres'

Imagine being 3-0 down at HT and ****ing Doja cat comes up on the screen. No wonder the PSG players lost their ****.
