It's not possible to win a trophy once they get put out the champions league until 2026, so I went with 6 in advance.

It's about being a proactive **** rather than a lazy ****.

Tbh I don’t care but if someone asks how many trophies Club X has won in the last Y years nobody means including the Charity Shield.

Not really, as ground renovations aren't part of PSR. According to the article they set aside 1.75billion quid for ground improvements and moving to Twickenham while they do those would mean they could improve income as its bigger and then increase capacity and hospitality income at Stamford Bridge.

However what they will probably do is use a development company linked to Boehly, sell Stamford Bridge to them for 300million quid while they do the improvments, then buy it back for 50million quid when the improvements are finished.

Just done a job where they had the whole house gutted next door, causing several large cracks through the house and stuff.

Client was telling me the building company doing it are compensating them with around 12k for the damage when they're done.

I'll be back to take some of that dosh off em
