That feels like just throwing in the towel to be honest.

I agree - it's a dead man walking - and the fans are now voting with their feet - it makes no sense whatsoever to keep playing that same starting XI ... he keeps banging on about playing a back 5 - fine - that's formation - but try fixing the individuals in it who concede so easily (and so early) ... the overall performance improves every time he brings Mavididi and Buenanotte on - so ****ing start them - Vardy is getting very little service so why not pair him with Odson Edouard? we've had him on loan most of the season and must be paying him a big wage but he's never really figured ... at least we then have an out ball and the possibility of him playing Vardy in - blood the kids, give the fans something to be optimistic about ...

Most Leicester fans now just want the season over with - hope of survival went months ago ...

At least the Toon fans can now understand why Fosse still ****s their head over about winning the league and FA cup in the last 10 years

they only won the league cup and we’ve all witnessed their nauseating transformation into these look at us we’ve won a trophy know it all ****ers

You have to make hay whilst the sun shines ... particularly in the era of PSR and FFP, which is a pretty big factor in our fall from the lofty heights we had reached ...

I was very critical of Brendan Rodgers in his last season but now understand how his hands were tied ... he wanted to sign Lookman, who was on loan the previous season and for whom there was an option to buy in the loan deal, and was told by the hierarchy that he couldn't ... look what Lookman has done since - rumoured some mega clubs, and Liverpool, are in for him now...

We had our time in the sun, for which I'll be forever grateful, but the reality (as I've banged on about forever, I know) is that targeted constraints are there in the game to inhibit 'evolving clubs' ... PSR / FFP contributed hugely to stifling our progress ... and ushered in our demise ... Forest, Villa, Brighton and Newcastle will be next ... unless the rules get changed ...

The rules are becoming an issue for all clubs and the quality of the league.

Well only if you have no understanding of 'waxing lyrical' ... his comments, which I paraphrased, were that there were plans to include some of the kids we have (not players he will bring in) in the pre-season ... but not blood them this ... he then contradicted that by putting Monga in the squad tonight ... and then giving him just over 10 minutes ... which was completely pointless...

The fact he is persisting with the same starting XI is plain daft and the fan base is now completely disillusioned ...

Fosse you'd gone into full 'da yoot' mode, talking about how it could be like Ajax's total football or Fergie's class of 92 <laugh>

I'm nor so sure because you're at home I think?

BTW when did you lot start signing that awful song London forever ?

Yeah we're at home, but I still don't see us winning. We've been struggling for goals and I think we'd need at least a 2-0 or 3-0 tonight to be confident of getting though the return leg at the Bernabeu

And when did that London forever song start? I honestly never noticed that until the last few years, so maybe it's been going on for decades and I never noticed ?
