Max appears to be 6 games - ie if the Millwall keeper gets that for a flying studs up karate kick to someone's face, then I can't see much that would earn more.

Nah, the police will obviously get the SAS and MI6 on the case, Everton will have to pay for protective custody for Tarkowski, and then the city drug barens will be all over it, total crack down and city becomes a warzone. It may derail the season, so best just just to focus on the next game.
