It's kind strange having all these clubs and their fans drooling over our players. The only downside is they seem to have figured out what a good player looks like.

The days of robbing them for the likes of a Carroll seem to be over, so I guess we'll do a Palace on them and string them along all summer, until they don't have time to do anything as an alternative.

I guess the interest is in the player Newcastle have picked up on the cheap……

I know its my club taking advantage of that loophole, but they really need to close it.
Problem is, I dont think they can, under UK Business Law. But its dodgy as ****, thats the second time Chelsea have sold an asset, essentially to themselves.
Last year it was the hotel, now its the womens team <laugh>

They voted against closing this one.. I suspect that so many clubs are getting tied up in these rules that they all want an escape route.

It's all going to implode soon enough... Cities APT and PSR cases could end it all pretty much.. Then what happens? Tantrums everywhere no doubt.

Aye its daft really, I'd just let them crack on with it.
If there is one thing the last century of capitalism has taught us, its that billionaires will find a way to get what they want, one way or another.
Its all rather pointless.

Football was fine without these rules in the main. I doubt it's helping sustain anything and that the lower end of the pyramid is getting **** all from it.

The more I look at it, the more I think we undersold ourselves.
The Womens team actually win ****, they win everything in fact.
I think we should have got a better price for ourselves.

How much can there possibly be left? It's not like if the asset is moved around again it will help Chelsea. The trick can't be used forever.

Can the women's team not buy the men's? Rinse and recheat.

Its the Chelsea way<whistle>
