In fairness, Palace are pretty good to watch and would make for an attractive final ... as would Bournemouth and Brighton ...
I'd like to see Brighton win it, come a long way since they were bought by a fan when they were on the brink of non-existence and having to share a ground with a team 75 miles away (by car). I've been watching them as a '2nd team' since quarantine because, as you say, they are great to watch.
winning something may also help them keep some players for a change.

The middle-class former London team fans round here would be annoying so not for me. A Palace v B-town final would be good though.

Yeah that price is ok for today, don't mind that so much as a tourist.
