Utter nonsense. The game is ****ed because of VAR you can't celebrate a goal anymore you have to wait to see if it's allowed and that one fact that cannot be argued but I'm sure there are dickheads who'll try.
You get to celebrate twice :bandit:
Edit
Been done

okay what about getting to see a player celebrate - kiss the badge and the camera only for it to be ruled out

like Trent the other month

does that not warm your hearts

Nah it's ****e. The celebrating twice nonsense is the biggest myth ever imo.

Nothing beats the feeling of the ball hitting the back of the net and that's basically a thing of history now.

funny you should say that.

gets into Fosse mode.

at a recent game at Goodison I witness what I would call a thundercunt of a strike that ensured a draw in the final Goodison derby. It was celebrated.

then VAR came a knocking, the Liverpool fans were getting giddy…..

an eternity passed and finally the ref gave the goal, Goodison went up again.

They’ll bring it into our league eventually I’m sure. Seems like they’re trying to push a lot of young referees at the moment who are all dreadfully weak homers. Will be a disaster.

No, it wasn't.

United had genuine competition then.

Can’t be arsed to trawl through every season but 96/97 I just looked up and United won it 35 points ahead of the relegation zone. That gap will double or a bit more this season. Ninth place (Lesta in fact) finished seven points ahead of 18th. We used to be a country.

A good old-fashioned Not606 ****-off tonight with West ‘am v Newcastle.

Hoping and praying we put a weakened team out tonight with the rate our guys are falling. Could do with the 3 points right now, but the final is everything. We'll probably lose the final, but I want us to be outplayed if so rather than knackered.
