Distinct overuse of 'usual suspects'
 
The 'usual suspects' appear as one of the highest spenders overall consistently.

The bottom line being that the highest spending clubs, just happen to have won the most trophies.

2.5bn and **** all from the black and white mackems. Not sure how accurate that video was, but hardly pauper level spending.

Never highest though and pay particular attention to how long they were even in the top 4 spenders.

Leicester? Not even on there which is why they're the only impressive club.

it doesn’t include the half a billion spent recently it seems either.

A clear and massive improvement in the time, from fighting relegation (and sometimes being relegated) to continuously competing for the top 4.

Money does big success in almost all cases - Chelsea, City, Liverpool etc.

The half billion Everton spent however....

Don't think weve spent much in the last 1.5 years, but it's about the relationship between spend and success anyway.

The highest spending clubs just happen to win the most trophies.

would have us in a similar spend bracket during the PL years the video showed.

and the difference is staggering. Especially from a big club like the black and white mackems.
