... and guess what - the year we won the title, our wage bill was half yours ... and a quarter of United's... suck it up...

The key transfers in the Keegan era were Brian Kilcline and Rob Lee, both signed for small amounts when we were in the second tier.

It’s all relative. Spunked out loads of money and were relegated.

not spent loads and this year look well set for relegation.

don’t really know that much about Newcastle to be fair. Sure they were not cheap signings for divisions 2 teams.

<laugh> After winning the PL title (which you haven't) and the FA Cup - which you last won so long ago that it predates the current top English league ...

Relegation ain't death mate - but merely surviving in the PL as your biggest achievement since 1992 is the equivalent of being on a footballing life support machine ... just existing with little joy <laugh>

Everton have won the FA Cup in the PL era mate.
