Madrid have no defenders and city are are up one week and down the next.

Be good if Madrid turn up and city suffer the worst defeat ever in a champions league game or something, that'd be nice

It's his baldism I dont get, so what he has a couple more hairs than arne, there's no need for it.

I think the dark rings along with the fleece he's wearing are probably signs of his well-being. Winter can be a difficult time of year for many, and warmth is one way that humans feel better about themselves - but back to your question, sleep which you've already identified, medications and exercise, because everytime we see him he's stuck in his bedroom.
