Think Amorim has a massive task ahead of him if he's going to stick to this tactic as he's simply not got the players to do it but if he's trying to put systems in place then its with longer term in mind.
I think major issue is getting some of those players out. Just have a feeling there won't be a queue of folk beating down the doors for most of them with the wages their on etc.
