Legend is a **** jazz musician. I'm forever confused why he appeared in La La Land as a character who's supposed to be a commercial **** jazz musician who pretty much sounded like what he plays normally. Why do that?

“Damien wanted Keith to be a character who people wouldn’t reject, even though Sebastian eventually rejects that career path,” Legend says. “He wanted the music to be credible. It’s wrong if this is the price for their ST holders and fans who have been regularly this season.
