It's a fooking stupid idea!

Reading that comment and your previous, you have to be on the wind up....it's the sort of idea that twat Spurf would come up with. <whistle>

Maybe PL greed and the ensuing wealth gap is more of a factor than the poor lambs having the play an extra game roughly once a month. If you’re not good enough to finish above three teams you deserve to be relegated.

Less games more on the line and players less tired would be a good thing for me.
 
Let me make this clear, I have non sympathy for the players whatsoever in this argument. The Prem has been rife with greed for far too long, and now these overpaid prima donnas are playing too many games, ah diddums - seriously mate if they don't like it, go and play for a L2 side or get another job.

I don’t have sympathy for them but I want the game to be as good as it can be. More games means lower quality.
 
It's down to the clubs to manage squad numbers and rotate the players, if the club owners can't do that, then they need to take it up with UEFA and the FA as to why.

Mate, Spurs are going to be shhite if you play forty games or four, it will make no difference you still will not win a trophy.

Not forgetting he's reducing the top 4 divisions down to 78 clubs instead of 92, so 14 clubs can just **** off. Bet he wouldn't feel the same if his team was Swindon

The only sympathy I have is this Club World Cup nonsense. Totally unnecessary. Can’t have FA cup replays but we can schlep to Doha to play Al-Kebab.

Again though it's only a top club issue.

Nothing worse than suggesting we should **** up the football pyramid for 86 clubs purely to benefit 6.

Perhaps these 'big' clubs could do the little clubs a favour by playing them in pre season Friendlies, oh no, let's **** off to Australia and play each other instead.
That won't affect the tiredness levels
