Cricket is as dull as dishwater. Might as well be watching bowls or equestrian.

Went and watched Exeter a couple of times last season and I’m tempted to get up to Plymouth now that fat Rooney is there.

Getting up to London to watch Arsenal is a ****ing expensive affair these days from where I am. I sometimes get offered a ticket through Cym who used to post on here as he’s part of a supporters club that get an allocation.

Last time I went it cost me the best part of £300 for the day and it was a ****e 0-0 draw

cricket is a sport with all day drinking in the sun, it’s banging.

Bwood goes to loads of games as well.

I gave up my ST some years back, but I still did attend games, away as well, but like Libby & Bwood the away games was always the fun bit, you tend to have a more loyal set of fans on the road - albeit a few idiots to. Health and attending games is a bit of a problem for me now but I might risk a few and see how I get on. The good news is that from the coming season SKY will be broadcasting EFL games for no extra cost, so hopefully should be able to watch my boys, but I'm not aware of the schedule yet or how that fits in with my Now TV subscription. Previously (such as last season) I used Ifollow, but it's £10 a throw on there (still cheaper than actually going), but Ifollow have lost UK broadcasting rights for the coming season. So worse comes to worse I'll just get a VPN subscription and watch Ifollow that way, but I'm hoping this new SKY deal is going to resolve all my problems. Oh btw, I know RCL goes to Spurs home games. Chief goes to Swansea and Man United.

Fair enough.

Agreed on away days - they are much more hardcore.

I like the routine of going to home games and currently miss it but the diehards are at away games.

I did Blackpool last season and had a ticket for Shrewsbury but didn't go as unwell.

As you say, can always watch it at home if can't make it.

Every time I pay for an Ifollow pass we seemed to drop points - so I stopped paying!

With health in mind maybe better to go to the odd home game.

I keep forgetting - Gillingham wasn't it?

I've got a ST but prob won't go to that many home matches. I just wanted to keep priority up as I should have enough get every away this season (bar Bournemouth and possibly Brentford).

Is it easy for you lot to get an away ticket?

Is it done on loyalty points as to when people get access to them?

Yes mate, Gillingham, L2. Got a new owner in now, already got through two managers under him, now on our third, hopefully something clicks this season - team seem to be doing well pre season, some new players in as well, so I never know, see how it goes. Air of positivity seems to be about the place, so always helps when that reflects onto the pitch.

Getting harder and harder as numbers are improving hugely. Traditionally (or in my time going at least) we've never travelled well past the midlands but that seems to have changed in recent seasons and we've sold 3k for Newcastle probably for thr first time ever.

Yeah they split up the windows by recent away attendances but never more than a season and a half worth's - so they'll use last season's and this season's aways up until about Christmas where they'll swap to this season only.

Yo

Your Not trying hard enough mate. They don’t stop coffee cups full of it <laugh>
A camelback full of red wine, worn on your front, under your jacket works very well, and is pretty much undetectable at most to all sporting / music events.

Birmingham have given Rangers 7200 tickets for tonight's friendly, which of course they've sold. What could possibly go wrong

Rangers win that they’ll claim it as Battle of Britain and deserve automatic entry into the PL which they’d then get relegated from in year 1
