Last thing that lad needs is closer proximity to even more fish & chips suppers <laugh>

Breaking news that Bournemouth have appointed a director of football. What has happened to this game? Heap of ****.

Is this an American way of doing things?

Only reason I ask is when our new American owners came in, we employed people in the roles of director of football (Kenny Jacket) and also a head coach (at the time Neil Harris, then Stephen Clemence). Although the now new manager Mark Bonner on a quick google as I wasn't sure is listed as a manager by the media. We have a third person (Hessy) but can't rememeber his title (edit Head of Recruitment). I assume Kenny reports directly to the owner where the manager/head coach does not?

We are on our third manager already under the new owner, so the new titles clearly don't work. <laugh>

WTF are Newcastle concerning themselves with strengthening Arsenal?
I very much doubt they arent going to be any where near Arsenal next season, keeper transfer or no.
And besides, £30m is pretty much chump change nowadays in the trasnfer market.
They'd be better served thinking of their own squad strength than worrying about what Arsenal are doing.

Reporters don't yet have an "inside source" at Newcastle since there's been so many changes, so nowadays most of the stuff about us is simply invented.

Can't remember the last accurate report, everything we do seems to be coming out of left field and the media has wrongly reported.

That being said, we have been sluggish for the past year too so I dunno what the **** is going on.
