**** ... I'm slipping ...

Think we can safely say I'll mention it at every opportunity... however tenuous the link ... and particularly where it's an opportunity for a dig towards the supporters of clubs that are just there to make up the numbers in the Prem <whistle>

Paul Rideout. A good Pointless answer.
Indeed I remember.
Also , if I recall, only two players on the pitch were from outside the UK and Ireland.
Schmeichel for United and Limpar for Everton. The other 20 players from both teams were British or Irish!
Not likely to ever see that again

Would’ve guessed Kanchelskis and Amokachi but could be a year or two out.

You had me doubting myself then, had to check the 1995 FA Cup wiki page.
I was right, though Everton did have an Ozzy on the bench, as an unused sub.

Nicky Butt is lucky he came through in that group. Massive knob too according to Keane.

Folk on here will go all Fosse and pretend they want the English clubs to do well when they’ll secretly be seething
If it helps
I generally want the English clubs to do well
But not Arsenal - which is pretty much the royal seal as to why you will win both Prem and CL

if De Bruyne is out and Ederson you smash them when footy returns after int break
Pep would rather hand the title to Arsenal than Liverpool too - while I am here <laugh><laugh><laugh>
