I dont really judge the footballers who, approaching the end of their careers, decide to go to Saudi Arabia for a couple of years to rake in 600k a week,
Yes it is a barbaric country in a lot of ways, but if you are in Saudi Arabia, and are a millionaire, as these footballers are, then you can live like a king.
You will be in a gated community of other foreign millionaires, and they will get you anything you want. The Saudi's know how to treat people who have money.
I wouldnt want to go over there and live as a working class peasant, dont get me wrong, or if I was in the alphabet mafia, but I could spend a year or two out there as a millionaire with barrels of cash.
The only reason people got on Hendersons case is because of the fuss he made over Qatar, with the rainbow laces and the rainbow armbands. Then he moves to gay decapitation central!
Still, 600k a week would buy out most mens principles, including my own.

They’re absolute mugs if they’re paying him £150k a week. Old and has spent half a season in retirement. Ajax are a basket case now anyway.
