Fascinating season in the Prem - most open for years - Citeh stuttering, Liverpool can't put arguably the worst Unuted team in a decade to the sword - Arsenal bobbing along and Villa stealthily creeping in there - and Spurs can give anyone a game on their day ... couldn't back anyone for the title with any confidence at this stage tbh - but can safely rule United and Chelsea out for this season ...

One moment that stood out for me from the weekend was watching our old boy Jeff Schlupp (has a Prem title winner's medal) outpace Kyle Walker - which was key in costing Citeh 2 points ... says more about where Kyle now is than anything about Jeff - Walker's pace has often covered up weaknesses in his game ... suspect Pep will also have noticed ...

Bit of a shock that your comment included an ex player tbh.

He was okay Varane was the difference though, blocked everything.

I agree - Evans is a brilliant organiser and tactician - but now needs a top player with him ...

I always liked Jeff Schlupp (came through the academy) - lots of raw talent - Ranieri brought him and Kante into the starting line-up after we lost our first game (at home to the Goons) in our title winning season - they combined for the second goal in our 2-1 win at Norwich in our next game - Jeff has always had electric pace but lacks a little composure in front of goal - his decision making is improving with age mind - just ask Citeh <laugh>

Honestly reckon if you’d asked Jeffrey Schlupp’s dad for his highlights of the weekend that wouldn’t have made it into the top five.

Did you see the interview from the soft **** head van dyke?
He was whinging that one team wanted to play and the other team didn't, what he forgot to mention was the team he cried about not wanting to play created the 3 best clear cut chances in the game and ****ed them up.

Should have been 0-3 :emoticon-0105-wink:
This is your level now

A draw is a triumph

Makes sense after losing 36 - 2 since purple nose left

Levels <laugh>

Nope a draw is a point mate, your team even managed to get one.
34 attempts at goal and (i think) Onana only had to make 5 saves. Not good striking that mate, a bit hit and hope like.
You got dominated for 96 mins drew nil nil and you're chuffed <laugh>

Seven haag has spent 400m on absolute dogshit, he got rid of an elite keeper who single handedly kept you even remotely relevant for the last 5 years and replaced him with a Premier league joke that will keep us all laughing until he leaves you on a free in 6 years.

He also got rid of the best player the world has even seen (allegedly) and replaced him with some nobody form Norway who has zero league goals.. That's zero bro, nil, nada, nuttin.

Hes also made the decision that paying Sancho 350k a week to openly rinse him on social media while he gets whooped by diogo Jota on fifa at 3 am is a good way to assert his authority <laugh>

And how could we forget that he bought Antony for 100m and continues to play the useless comedy act rather than keep his other expensive flop mount company with the 16 year olds running the touchline all game.

No seriously... Congratulations bro<laugh>

Not bothered though, obvs.

Just out of interest, how much does your season ticket cost Fosse?

These days nowt - for the ten years that I had one until the old man died, couldn't say - for the following 10 years going home and away, who knows - could stand on the kop for £2 in the 80s - in the last 30 years different prices but some quite costly - certainly paid over £50 for a ticket at Chelsea for the very last game of the 2015/16 title winning season - now I'm very selective as I have other priorities - plus, winning the Prem and the FA Cup, whilst being brilliant and unexpected - definitely soothed the football itch ...

... do you need to know how much my sofa cost?

The longest winded: “Don’t know” ever.
