I saw this earlier today, I don't really get where the Premier League are going with this and I can see it causing shhite loads of trouble and legal action all over the place.
Why were Everton made the first example of under this points deduction farce, and why did the PL not act sooner - where is previous examples of action being taken and evidence of such point deductions under xyz scenarios.
Which clubs are next, I've seen Chelsea and Man City as clubs mentioned, again why was action not taken much sooner, why has this been allowed to escalate to the extent of which every football fan knows, and why now, it's just a repetitive circle of questions that's going to turn the game into an absolute joke.
I really hope Everton are not the only ones, because I can't wait for the lawyers of the clubs to start getting involved, if anything it's not the clubs that need to be made an example of but the governing bodies, right through to the government.
After seeing the farce with Juventus, I might as well go smoke some weed and watch reruns of the magic roundabout, it will be just as highly amusing with Zebedee boinging all over the place.
It will get overturned on appeal and the lawyers get involved.
Which btw the PL want because otherwise they'll have to do something about the likes of City.
It's all a farce imo.

I hope it does get over-turned otherwise it's going to become a massive problem for the Premier League, which is supposed to be a brand, so it's not going to look good once their clubs start getting dragged though the courts. If I was them, next time their stupid fooking cleaners are in, they need to tell them to sweep it under the carpet and pretend to be the three wise monkeys.

I guess Everton have done the old admission mistake and provided them with the 1st opportunity to draw a line in the sand.
The old tell us and we'll go easy on you trick and then you get the book thrown at you anyway.

The whole **** with other clubs threatening to sue the clubs that get done will turn it into a ****fest.
This FFP is a load of bollox, seems unworkable, and even the pretence of it needs to be binned.
Even transfer bans are worked around lol![]()

I have always maintained that the agent is working for the player and as such should be paid by the player for getting him the best move possible.and did I see something on here earlier today that suggested we pay agents even more money (no cap), this shhite just gets worse.![]()
Everton's accounts show they have broken FFP rules, Man City's and Chelsea's don't. Whether they have or not is an entirely different kettle of fish.I saw this earlier today, I don't really get where the Premier League are going with this and I can see it causing shhite loads of trouble and legal action all over the place.

If the clubs are paying the agent then all it means is he talks the player into a move the agent proffits most from and **** to the players career.
you have guessed. Not sure anyone knows what’s happened/tried to do. The spend was around the same as Leicester and they paid a fine.
But championship/pl are different. Shame we were not relegated, would have been a fine![]()
