I've just realised a draw is enough to come 3rd which is what I'd prefer anyway.
You have to put it in perspective - more often than not at this stage in the season you'd be reflecting on having gone out of the League Cup to someone like Fleetwood and wondering if you might climb into the top half of the table by May ...

Indeed.
That group was psychotic, one of the worst groups of death ive ever seen in the CL.
The fact that they still have a chance to qualify with one game left is amazing.
I'd have bet money on Newcastle finishing rock bottom of that group.
