Impossible to know what could have would have happened
The fact is simple that Leicester were better equipped and unfairly so
That is the long and short of it
the amounts are actually immaterial
And has already been pointed out Leicester knew what they were doing by others (Everton may or may not have done)
So it was cheating
I don’t begrudge Leicester their win - I think these matters should not be involved in sport but they are every bit as much as VAR and corrupt refs in Spain are. However it isn’t the fairy story they paint imho as they cheated.
with regards to the sting - not a bit of it
I have answered this statement from yourself before but no problems with anyone winning a title before us
I have a problem or a sting it took us 27 years to win a top flight title but **** happens
But not arsed about any of the teams who have won it before or after us
just have a little b in my bonnet when a team/club who cheated get more acclaim than they deserve but that is just me and it really only effects me
I also felt a bit for Spurs a bit that season as the teams they faced wanted to beat Spurs (Chelsea spring to mind)
no one was actually arsed if Leicester won the title as they don’t really have any natural predators - in fact most teams were rooting for them
so good on them for the win

You are rather slow - so sit down and read carefully - we did plan - it was undermined by a third party event beyond our control and influence.
You also planned - exclusively internally - to circumvent the rules, dishonestly... and were caught and exposed doing it - so it's now time to put your clothes back on - and face the consequences of those dodgy internal dealings
Same thing affected Watford, players all deferred a part of their salary, Lord Ashcroft deferred the payments on the £10m he invested in the club in the back of the ITV deal, Watford cancelled plans to build a new stand, still reached reached semi-finals in the FA and League Cups and all the players received the money they were owed when we got our second promotion to the Premier League
Lord Ashcroft further deferred his payments until the Pozzos bought the club and stabilised the finances, and he only took his £10m without any additional; interest, Those ****ing Tories are such greedy ****s

your point against City squad laughable - you are bringing a club who are allegedly under investigation for 115 counts of cheating - though I can see why you would support them in this. To support your argument - ignoring LFC sold their biggest star at the time to balance the books
