So how do the Premier League come to this 10 point deduction, how is it measured for each point deducted, are the rules on points penalties open and transparent for everyone to see. How in football or more whom, decides what points deduction is acceptable, whether it be 10 points for Everton, 21 points for Derby or 30 points for Juventus over in Serie A. Or does someone just pick a random number that's neither fair nor open and transparent. I'm just interested to know who thinks up all this bolloxs.

Or is it a case of 'think of a number, double it, subtract your date of birth etc'?

think the BBC has a link up to how they came to the decision. No poo t from my point of view worrying about it. Think the Derby one was also points for administration. Not sure on Juve at all.

Well I'm guessing they make it up, knowing full well they'll hand it back on appeal so it don't matter.
