I think the commentator mentioned it when reading out the team listings, but didn't catch the name he said, so just guessed it was Mac Allister he was on about.
he's Dutch, ch is usually pronounced as k, so all 3 look wrong to me.

I've re-watched the teams walking out and lining up and they honestly looked terrified, maybe I'm imagining it as they actually played well for 5 or so minutes.
