In any normal year where City don’t hoover everything up, a Charridy shield will have been preceded by an actual trophy.

Lol, I’m not desperate. I’m reasonably pleased with the way Arteta has built a young team capable of challenging.

Remember, those first two years were him clearing out the deadwood and building and moulding his own squad.

The next 2-3 years will be the real test of whether he can turn that into sustained success though.

Btw I've not heard from my lad since just before the United game yesterday, as a good dad, ive avoiding any texts to him like how did it go, everything ok, you home yet lol

PS Leicester City have won The Premier League title, the FA Cup, the League Cup and the Community Shield more recently than 'Big club' Arsensl ... just saying like <whistle>

Heard some pool supporting reporter on talksport claiming that this is "the most serious VAR mistake" and that
1. spurs should have let pool walk the ball into the net,
2. that the game could be replayed or
3. that after the game had restarted the ref should have stopped it once the mistake was made and award pool the goal.
4. People will think there is an agenda

They're ****ing kill me with their whining.

Why is this worse than wolves having the same thing happening to them?

Oh yeah...cos it was Liverpool that benefited.

Were wolves allowed to walk the ball into the goal after that decision?

Did the ref stop the game when they realised they ****ed up against wolves?

Was there an agenda when Liverpool benefited v wolves?

The hysteria just makes it all so much more delicious <laugh>

EVERYONE gets ****ed over by VAR. It is what it is...but this weekend it was ****ing wonderful
