Wasn't aimed at anyone in particular mate I just find it strange that fully grown men think the results etc are in any way relevant.

I dreamt of that for years. Was the only ****ing dream I had going into season after season and there was nothing worse. This time of the year fans should at least have some hope and dreams as ridiculous as they may be. I mean bless him, even sucky thinks Nunez will outscore a fully fit starting Isak when Isak was injured most of last season, then started most games for the bench and still out scored the useless lump of ****e <laugh><laugh><laugh>

I got to watch Maguire get a public bollocking off Onana for one goal. And Lindelof make a sublime pass to a player who no longer plays for us resulting in the opposition scoring for the other.

Being a friendly it was thoroughly entertaining tbh. Well worth the price of my IPTV and the 1am kick off time.

Lol yeh I’ve seen Toon players along with the likes of Stoke n Burnleys in the past wasting time after about 30 minutes at 0-0 begging subconsciously for it all to be over

I wondered if the rule about the benches is already in Serie A, because I saw a number of games where multiple bench cards were shown, tbph it was like confetti at times. It could start to get messy, with managers like Arteta spending a lot of time in the stands.

They won't enforce it, or they will pick and choose when they do.

Like that rule of going off the nearest side of pitch when subbed, hardly ever happened.

because it's a ridiculous idea.

It just means players end up walking a gauntlet of abuse at away grounds, for very little benefit.
