A bit yeah, when we sold someone a house we always followed it up with an offer to sort the wills. Most of them are pretty straightforward (it's the probate where the money is at) though obviously that depends on what you have and what you plan on doing with it!

Not sorted a will since about 2008 though, so happy to answer questions but my knowledge of the law is pretty dated.

Lol just read this back. First bit makes me sound like I was the estate agent, I was not.
