Just seen the review of it, and the official they have on there has said it was a clear penalty - they are not understanding how VAR hasn't picked that up, hmmm :bandit:

I can’t complain we benefitted against West Ham not conceding a pen (rule is wrong imho)

Ref could easily have allowed that after knowing he had cocked up the pen decision
Clearly decided to double down on his **** up lmao<laugh>
