Any teams that sit about making up the numbers and stink out the league can do one.

Palace under Viera could do one, they were horrid to watch.

We qualified for Europe for 14/15 years straight from the mid-90's to 2008ish including 3 or 4 times in the Champions League but yeah we were stinking out the league. Sounds legit.

Spurs have contributed so much more to the PL but you wouldn't guess it the way you Gold fish been going on the past year

Well done for qualifying for Europe in the early noughties mate
