We need to either employ a manager with a long term strategy and give them the time and young players he can mould and a few experienced players to guide them (like Jol, Pochettino and to a lesser extent Redknapp did) or we employ another manager who wants a **** load to buy a team and give him the money he wants.

Hoddle (known to be a terrible man manager at Swindon, Chelsea, England and Southampton)
Pleat (an 8 month care taker ffs)
Santini (known for boring football and lasted 3 months)
Jol (Levy was persuade by Arnesen to employ him...massively improved us and was then treated like **** when sacked)
Ramos (36 league games 10 wins)
Redknapp (good choice for us)
AVB (**** right off)
Sherwood (6 month caretaker & total twat)
Pochettino (excellent but treatedlike Jol at the end)
Maureen (predictable **** but only sacked right before a cup final to take heat off Levy for the ESL **** up...should have been sacked 3 months earlier for boring everyone ****less)
Mason (7 game caretaker cos we didn't have a plan B even though it had been obvious for 3 months that Maureen would need to go)
After a 12 week wait we got...
Nuno (<laugh>)
Conte (want him to go against everything he is as a manager and act like Pochettino ffs)

Seen that David Brooks made his return today after cancer diagnosis/treatment. Was a talent at Sheff U, then Howe snapped him up, then so unlucky.

Conte is right like, the culture of Spurs is one of being the bridesmaid. Levy doesn’t give a **** as long as they get top 4 and can continue to pay down his monumental **** up with the stadium.

Losing that 4th spot to Newcastle this summer could finish Spurs as top 6 members.

I guess he was worried he might get a 3rd season and decided to make sure that wouldn't be the case, whilst protecting his severance pay.

Yeah I can't see Sheffield United going any further. They might beat someone like Fulham, but they got United later. Could give Brighton a good run for their money suppose. But no chance against the Manchester sides.
