I've no idea why it was disallowed.

Despite that bint wittering about the ball going backwards (doesn't matter), surely Kane was level with the header, and that's all he has to be? Thought it was as bizarre as Benzema's against us in Paris being ruled out in their first attack, just before halftime.

Just seen that Kane goal.
Not sure how they can disallow that when Emerson headed the ball backwards.
Since when can a player be offside from a headed pass that is directed backwards and behind him and then the defender plays the ball through to Kane?
I get that there is no second phase of play as the defender didn't deliberately go for the ball it was just hit off him. This means that they have to go back to when Emerson makes contact and surely to fuk they have to look at the direction the ball is going the moment it leaves Emerson's head.
Good goal all day long for me.
It's impossible to be offside from a pass that is going back to your own goal.
I really feel for you Spuds guys. :emoticon-0136-giggl

I missed her wittering on.
Why doesn't the direction of the ball when it leaves Emerson's head matter?
