If you're not gonna buy the bundle with all the DLC's there's no point buying CK2 now tbh

CK3 has better graphics and with it's latest DLC quite a lot of content.

CK2 is free now, but you're right the DLC make the game better and the DLLs are not free.

CK3 is the more modern game with better UI and graphics.
