I did think that but I'm sure they could have charged him still. Probably made a deal of sorts.

I often see in local papers where some incident has been dealt with nowt more than a slap on the wrist, so was quite surprised he got 6 months for a bust lip tbph. Plus not forgetting as a football incident he gets a banning order as well, so punished twice. Where's if he'd busted his lip on the street, most ppl wouldn't have given a shhite.
