Never really got the hate West ham fans had for him tbh.

Because they were pissed off that, after leaving (when who could blame him after the abuse he endured), he became a world class player who won multiple league and European titles.

went to see spurs v Burnly, spurs v Watford and spurs v Brighton( all several times) when we were good.
Their keepers were allowed to seriously time waste like pickford is. And their players rolled around pretending to be injured and no matter how blatant the ref did **** all.
Was ****ing infuriating tbh. Paid £30-40 a ticket to watch cheating and timewasting being allowed by the ref ... but today I am finding it really funny for some reason

he was already playing for England when he left West ham, of course Chelsea weren't that successful then, so the johnny come lately's wouldn't have known that.

The thing that gets me the most is when the ref books him in the 89th minute like it means anything then. Genuinely infuriates me.
