It appears commentators agree, should have been defo red card that. If it had happened to a Prem player, they would have had to be stretchered off crying.

I wondered if that was what it was over, despite not seeing it myself, I guessed it had to be something like that, either way it's still violent conduct, certainly by Prem standards anyway, you normally have to do a death roll for something far less than that.
