Yes, this domestic ivalry between Pep and Klopp is just hype by Sky, Sun and Scousers.

JUrgen has won 2 domestic cups in 7 seasons since coming to Liverpool.

Pep has won 9 domestic cups.

With City's squad depth and excellence at challenging on several fronts, why do Scousers think Liverpool can suddenly do the Quad?
Not seen anyone mention the quad bar the media tbh.

So when we were neck and neck with Arsenal in 1999 (YES, Sky, BBC, Talk Sport, social media and the planet, this HAS all been done before. What is currently happening is not ****ing unique and this is not the greatest rivalry the world has ever, ever seen), and playing them in the FA Cup semi final (again, this has been done......................) I take it you didn't care or were just casually hoping United won, yes?

Actual proper, exsiting and real rivalry means that I did hope City won yesterday, soz. Because I ****ing hate Liverpool and am just in disdain of Manchester City.
(although I do have admiration and respect for Liverpool where by with City it's, yes, disdain)

No idea who Adam something or other is mind. Is he someone anyone is supposed to give the slightest **** about?
Not sure what your point is?

I never think we are going to win a game let alone the quad <laugh>

Weren't Arsenal out of CL by April in 98/9?

And I don't think either club won Carling that season?

Heard the phrase

'best 2 teams in the world' bandied about by the media and fanboys over the weekend.

<laugh>

Neither are current champions of Europe.
Pool won their domestic league once this century.
City do what Bayern have been doing for decades...but Bayern have been winning the odd euro trophy too.
Neither team are running away with the current title anymore so than current leaders in the other domestic leagues

<laugh>

**** off batty sniffing fanboys
Ones a team.

The other is an abomination of a football club.

See Chelsea for details

Of course they were, but the narrative that this competition between two teams competing for the same trophies is in some way new to everyone is just utter bollocks.
I can see what you are saying and in the large imho it’s fair
However the article published over the weekend over the points total is pretty damn scary
The level of consistency these two teams have produced is something else - not sure there has been a period like that with two teams
But even when I say that I think that sometimes teams nowadays- once the league has gone in their eyes just focus on the CL qualification
So who knows
Get your point though - it defo nothing new - the media do love to hype **** up

Fact is if Fergie best utd side played today they'd finish 15pts off both us and city.

K bye<laugh>
