Sorry I meant the mention of a potential point deduction has come from somewhere like the Mail rather than the situation as a whole.

Happy to be corrected if wrong but I don't recall anything about potential point deductions being from a reputable source.

ah with you ( all that typing for nowt :headbang: ) couldn't be arsed to go thru the PL handbook as the layout is ****e but as far as i can make out the penalties aren't specified but think can range up to points deduction though that really wasn't going to happen once they engaged early with the PL
If Moshiri gets sanctioned Everton are in serious danger of going to the wall and even relegation would be a disaster as the EFL will apply sanctions .
