We have wasted millions on Doherty, Ndombele, Lo Celso, Clarke, Sessegnon, Royal, Bergwijn and Rodon...think that's £200m and none have worked.
We employed a clearly bad fitting manager (Maureen) then wasted 3 months before finally sacking him. Then put a complete novice in charge 6 days before a cup final. Then waited 10 weeks to appoint another manager...to "ensure it was right for the club"...only to then sack him in October ffs
That's without talking about threatening to furlough the poorest paid staff at the club and only "recognising our mistake" after tens of thousands of us contacted the club and threatened to end our memberships or season tickets over it.
Oh and then the was the fiasco over the ESL.
The club and Levy deserves plenty of criticism and scorn and the fans deserve better imo.
I don't mean trophies cos no one has a right to them but we deserve good attacking football that is affordable. And there been very little of the former over the past 3 years (has improved under conte) and none of the latter.
