Ive played crazy golf and I can tell from that playing the other version is probably quite fun too

more fun than watching

plus pretty decent at it on the Wii

got a natural talent for taking into consideration the wind speed and direction when striking the ball with my Wii controller

so can tell if I played the real thing I’d be pretty nifty tbh

Loads of sports like that, fun to play boring to watch

Golf
Snooker
Cricket
Darts
Tennis

I used to play golf as a teenager, got pretty good at it. It's a good day out, sort of like a walk in a nice manicured park doing a bit of a challenge on the way.

Gonna take it up again when I get old n crusty <ok>

Anyway, on this theme of livening up spectator sports.

Cricket:

One ball in every over should be replaced with a hand grenade, like Russian Roulette. The grenade will either detonate as the batter hits it or once it's taken by a fielder or wicker keeper

So it makes it fair for both teams.

We could have one day a year where every sport has to play with a random ball which is allocated at kick-off. So Arsenal v City is a snooker ball, Watford v Spurs is a table tennis ball, the fourth ashes test is a bowling ball etc.

Derby only 11 points from avoiding the drop. I don't know what the odds were before their two most recent wins, but if I was a betting man, then I'd defo have lumped on them achieving safety. I think the biggest clue they will make safety is their goal difference, worth a look in comparison to the other teams around them.
