I don't get the Rangnick bollocks though.

He's not a ****ing magician.

He's trying to change the whole mindset of the whole club.

This won't happen in few weeks, believe it or not. Maybe should have taken smaller steps.

4-2-2-2 is what it looks like he's trying to play and it looks shocking. The players don't know whether to sit back or to go and press. Whatever message Rangnick is trying to get through clearly isn't being heard by the players.
