This is far more interesting than TAA, so what size were they, and did you bake or fry them? I'm always paranoid of undercooking them for some reason.
Pretty big, almost like ***gots. I baked them.
Pre heat to gas mark 6.
Put about a dessert spoonful of olive oil in the middle of the baking tray, then put the balls in and shake the tray gently, so they roll around and get all sticky.
Cook for about 10 minutes on the top shelf then turn them, another 5 minutes and they should be nice and crispy.
