Think I'm gonna like Viera as manager.

Good football and speaks a lot of sense.

Until we play them of course.

He's got Palace playing some really good football

They've been really unlucky not to get more points on the board. Against us tonight, and against the Spuds and Brighton.

Definitely looks like he's suited to the prem. If he carries on improving, maybe we'll replace Arteta with him <whistle>

Disappointed because we saw a really improving Palace side, we know what Arsenal have to offer, nowt, but Palace have lots of potential not just now but for the future. Unrecognised players such as Conor Gallagher, the lad is only 21. I assume he is still a Chelsea player, he's competing against the best for a place in his future, whereas Arsenal, they've got nothing to offer and at the moment are just getting by on lucky last minute equalisers.

That's our first last min equaliser of the season bro.

But yeah, Palace are a very decent side and Vieira has got them playing really good football.

As mentioned in my other comment, they've been really unlucky not to put more points on the board. But I think Vieira has got them moving in the right direction and I'd expect to see them improve over the season <ok>

Yeah but if Viera come to you, that would be alright, because then we would all know Arsenal at least have a decent manager, rather than a fooking daydreamer.

Black manager being given a chance to do it in the prem.

Got his team playing some good football.

Can only be a good thing.

I wasn't sure what was going to happen with Vieira in the prem, because his time at Nice was pretty much a flop.

So coming to the rigours of the prem was going to be a big test for him. But he looks really well suited to it, probably because he knows it like the back of his hand.

We'll see how he progresses, but yeah would love to see him back at Arsenal one day.

Vieira just looks like the wrong spelling, even though it's correct

I've spelt it before with the two ii's but started tonight spelling it with one. Then saw Piskie's spelling and realised I'd started spelling it wrong.

maybe black managers are **** in general so don’t get that chance?

I don’t know of any top managers that are black.

Maybe Nuno and he’s already in the Prem.

I've always had a bit of a soft spot for Palace from the days of Allison and Venables, so it's great to actually see Vieira there. Sort of club I'd pay to go and watch at the mo.

Maybe, but when you have the likes of Sol Campbell - not your favourite bloke I'm sure, not getting more than one interview having applied for a dozen jobs, yet the likes of Lampard, Gerrard, Rooney, Terry, Ole getting relatively prominent positions I doubt being **** or an unknown can be the only reason.
