Honestly be surprised if he plays at the top level again. Awful :(

Being reported as a dislocated ankle mate ... needs to go to hospital to have it put back properly (under General anaesthesia) but with the medical care available today he should make a full recovery.

Only saving grace was that I don't think it was a malicious tackle ... unlike the **** who broke Wesley Fofana's leg and also left him with ligament damage in pre-season ... that was sheer ****ery of the highest order <grr>

Brilliant news if only a dislocated ankle. Looked like a clean break on the images I saw (admittedly not clear).

Still a serious injury of course but that would be better than initially looked.

Freakish injury that one. Not like the defender has gone in to do him.

Unlike when I was playing Sunday football donkeys years. Opposition player went in shin high off the ground horizontally.
Centre half's leg snapped clean in two.
Poor lad was squealing like a pig.
****in horrific.

seen a few broken on sat/sun league. But they are less common in professional game. Mate did left ankle, came back and six months later, did right.

So, bit confused and sure some on here may help - last Jan, United drew level on points with Liverpool and were described as 'Joint Top' . Liverpool go level on points with Uniturd and are described as ... 'Level on points'. Is this another change from last season, like letting the game flow, and changes to the handball rule?:emoticon-0138-think

No, they are being kind by pointing out you are level on points (and GD), if they wanted to be nasty they could say you are joint second with Chelsea with all metrics the same yet we are top for scoring more goals :emoticon-0105-wink:
